Hey anyone here who knows how job consultancy works ?? How do they get profit how they get students placed in company? Do they have ties with company if yes how company make profit all that anyone?
I was actually wondering if investment from any investor also means he get gets a share from the profit of the company,
Say, if an investor buys 20% stake of a company, does it mean he also will get 20% of the profits earned by the company?

Currently all the company are laying off their staffs and not even hiring. Atleast 10,00,000 btech students every year and not many are getting placed and what will the students do paid 12-20 lakhs as fees and getting placed at 3-4 lpa on average and
I want to get into defence sector. Any idea how to begin? I have some amazing ideas that could help armed forces a lot. Any roadmap or newbie company I can follow to understand?
Is it me only or everyone here not getting any replies from companies. I am seeing everyone "Getting placed in this company or that company". And here I am not even getting a rejection mail.๐น
