To be honest I think that voice discussion feature will completely change the dynamics of the app and won't be fruitful

1. Hashtags
2. Mention (@tag feature) - if the username feature enables
3. Following section in the profile
4. Enable the feature of adding the company's logo along with our profile name

Voice synchronised with icon.
Multiple voice can add in single frame and the viewer can hear each voice by clicking each icon. Multiple Voice clips, video, image, GIF etc.. sharing in single post.
