I think we still have a long way ahead. People go abroad because of the diverse set of opportunities they are getting. We are severely lagging behind in areas of research, manufacturing, aerospace and biotech. The quality and diversity of opportunities offered abroad is attractive. And certain people move abroad in search of a better lifestyle. For example people move to countries like Australia and New Zealand because of thier relaxed and laid back lifestyle giving them more time to spend with thier families and on extra circulars. I still believe it is better to get an international experience, network globally , earn a lot of money and then comeback to India to have your own venture.
