I didn't get your point ?., Which senior doctor will be ready to be in ambulance treating one patient or in hospital for many people?.. Please explain?. Small doctors won't have experience, they can only do simple checks?.

Small doctor doens't means bad doctor! Country's healthcare is run on their shoulders! U should visit hospital to know more! A JR can do intubation and other life saving procedure needed for emergency! That's how govt hospital are running with such amount of patients! Please study about the course of mbbs! 5.5yrs of training isn't a joke! Ofcourse there could be people less skillful but isn't that same in other fields.
