Hiring a Freelancer is not good In my opinion, if you hire a freelancer for short duration you never know how he would perform, if he made something that you didn't want them what will you do? If his portfolio was not real then ? He will not be efficient as well because he probably won't take pressure as he is in his comfort zone not in office. Rather hire a person in your company in office, tho this will be expensive but you can have better work and mentally free on this. Cost cutting through this isn't good rather give ESOPs
