I have heard about this type of business,it's there in some metros(like park+ ), Few challenges are: 1)App building and maintenance, 2)Finding lands in metro cities is difficult, 3)Many are not willing to pay for parking in india,they like free parking even though they had a car, 4) Security is a concern, 5)we have huge traffic problem but coming to parking almost all malls have enough parking,when it comes to small shops:no one will find a parking place to park it and buy for 5 mins work he has in that shop,he simply park near by and completes his work. On the other side in rush area's you idea will workout like public markets etc where land prices are high so parking fee will also be high,in nutshell it can be a business but have less scope to make it profitable.

I have researched about park+ and thanks for letting me know that there is one more app like this But what I am interested is doing is that Even a normal person who have an area where a car could be parked is allowed to rent out his space for the cars
