Do individuals from IIT or IIM have a higher chance of building a successful startup compared to those from Tier 3 colleges?

Of course their selection on these colleges shows their intelligence and mental capacity. It's not That tier 3 college students can't build a successful startup, but if we do a survey then I am sure the iit and iim graduates will fail less in comparison to tier 3 colleges
