Some People say that a formal degree or college doesn't matter much but I don't think so..I have seen the Industries favour the tag of IIT IIM more than any ordinary college graduates even if he is more hard working and skillful. I think IIT and IIM works more like branding the individual than providing good education... what are your thoughts?
