According to me :-
1. Operational efficiency : Zomato reduced the cost of delivery and other over expenses too
2. Diverse revenue stream : As zomato also goes into the "Going out" b

And you know the story about Paytm.
Can anyone tell me, at the very beginning of zomato how zomato convince restaurants to partnership with zomato, like what are the strategies they use?

Zomato takes 34% from resturant owner and platform fees and delivery charges from customer... Do u think this is big problem?
