Retailers (general stores, small malls etc.) are not willing to give a space to our products even we tried to give them little higher margins. 😭 What shoul we do ..?? Please give your suggestion.

Why would they keep it if it’s not selling. Find out the reason yourself ask the merchants why they don’t want it

You have to create fake urgency My suggestion would be to create a fake demand around the shop , gather some men/women and asked them to go to that shop and ask for this specific product and don't buy any else other than this and , if the product is not available, ask the owner to keep this product in your Shop Do this for atleast 3 day then again go to that shop and pitch him again 100% sure he will agree to keep that product.
