Do individuals from IIT or IIM have a higher chance of building a successful startup compared to those from Tier 3 colleges?

I am from IIT Roorkee and I think that the chances of building a successful startup is higher for IITians not because of any philosophical reasons but they have already gone through a rigourous process of JEE in the very early point in their life. This includes persistence and determination which are the key qualities for a startup to grow. Though the environment and culture of IITs also plays an important role but anyone can be a successful entrepreneur if they are willing to work rigourously with persistence in their journey.
