Consumer still want great quality and design even if the price is low, key here is finding suppliers who can give it to you at cheap price than any others with good quality. Low price means low margins so it’s a volume game you should be investing more money with more sku’s. You end up in loss even though gross margins are 50% since you need to spend a lot on performance marketing, platform fees which will be around 15-25%, delivery charges but over the time if you don’t get repeat customers and don’t have physical stores once the brand is pushed enough you end up in huge losses.
