When it comes to clothing, Just being economical might not work there are brands like dennis lingo making 100cr+ profits their clothes are priced very well with good designs. Consumer still want great quality and design even if the price is low, key here is finding suppliers who can give it to you at cheap price than any others with good quality. Low price means low margins so it’s a volume game you should be investing more money with more sku’s. You end up in loss even though gross margins are 50% since you need to spend a lot on performance marketing, platform fees which will be around 15-25%, delivery charges but over the time if you don’t get repeat customers and don’t have physical stores once the brand is pushed enough you end up in huge losses.

Its good ideas but many have already started by thinking this way, what makes you special?. You're own dishes or your own fashion style, Know when compared to other countries, India like affordable a lot, make sure keeping the price not high.

Make your clothing brand unique by focusing on a very demanding but less competitive niche. One thing that comes to my mind is jeans for curvy/pear shaped body or cool n trendy stuff for extra tall (or petite) people. This will make your brand super valuable to a given specific market.

Clothing is good it's scalable even you can do 10cr revenue in first years. You just need to do put your all cloths prices below 999 with cool designs. On the other side after achieving this and making it profitable, you can start a mass premium brand which is above avg price of other brands but lower price than Rare Rabbit somewhere bethween 3000-4500 with lots of performance marketing & slotting.

Every elder wants are different for going out for a lunch or dinner if you start, some will enjoy, others will be only ok that'll make your CAC higher, margins low and spend more on the customisation. And that some boy will look from outside and think that some elders are happy and some are looking ok, So let's make a restaurant or cafe for them.
