People are generalist in Japan. If you work in a company for 5 years in Japan so company intentionally let their employees to go through all the departments each year for upskilling & productivi
That's the matter, upbringing, social & professional culture creating this. I personally feel this can make you less proactive & productive in long term. After 10 years if you see some guy like that you will feel ki ye to devta hai..
