Is water industry dominated by Kinley/Bisleri? Is there any space for new brands?

I have seen smart brand very much recently. What I find very irritating is in Chennai Central you don't find kinley or any water brand except that untasty railway water bottles. That really made me sad.
Chennai central railway station or some local area?
Central main railway I have traveled more than 30 times and searched many times did not find even once.
Oh, any specific reason? People boycott Bisleri/Kinley over there?
I don't know but they definitely doing it wantedly. Most of the people go and ask but still they don't get people want kinley.
