This Layoff is what I call a healthy trimming of the shrubs, its necessary, so that new leaves can sprout, healthier leaves. Many young guys will get opportunities due to this trimming exercise. And might rise as the next VPs and Directors.

My father is into printing business since last 15 years. There is major drop in printing businesses due to digital media. I'm thinking of exploring an idea which can turnaround that business like Vistaprint does and many others as well.
