Some what you are right, but company is grown up. Management are also quite understandable. Cost cutting is something that you should do it from the beginning, not in the middle or the end. Employees are treated just like a dustbin. It is obvious that employees get payment for there work. but what about trust will, believe, faith...... there are lot of things.
