There are infinite reasons to be honest. Yes i shop from Amazon and everyone does. I shop from bunch of apps but most of the things are available just in Amazon. In the above mentioned companies does not even allowed to compare with Amazon except jio

Its not like why I don’t use amazon, its more of like why u use amazon majorly. As u said there are various reasons so tell me some reasons which u think provides most value to u as a customer or is it that u are a prime member resulting in amazon retention plan.

1. Most of the products in online does not exist in many platforms but Amazon have it all. 2. I use their kindle. 3. Like what services currently gives free delivery at all. After certain amount. 4. I don't have prime. But if you have you have much more advantages. 5. I use their unlimited kindle which have many books which costs just 199 i think so. 6. They have Amazon fest at that time Flipkart literally moves prices very much. But Amazon plays somewhat fair. 7. I can't tell how many high data companies runs on AWS. That too with a fair price. 8. I never seen a Amazon package having a stone instead of iPhone like Flipkart. Just think about it bruh, you order food from Zomato which has 100 to 200 rupees high compared to hotel price. Where you get a American manufactured product that too with 20 % discount and free delivery. The amount of scale, effort, research and execution they had always amazed me. They runs Amazon prime video on loses just to make them prime consumers.

Netflix is better than Amazon prime in my opinion, u have to pay extra on Amazon prime to watch movies but for 199rs u can watch everything on Netflix yes u do get prime delivery what do you guys prefer Amazon prime or Netflix ?
