Forget all things you mentioned, they were in news that is you you are mentioning those. But the core problem with byju's is customer retention. They must Focus on Retention over Acquisition. If they improve this thing their business will boom again. And they should Look beyond traditional K-12 subjects and offer vocational training, professional development courses, or cater to specific needs like English language proficiency testing. And if they implement a micro-learning in their business then it can definatly be a entry barrier for others and they will definitely survive
