For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. ROMANS 7:15 I know what i should do, What i should change. Yet I'm facing the procrastination I fear. How to be consistent?

By keeping at it. It doesn’t get easier, but doing everyday makes you adapt. And more patient to take it when it’s not easy. You’ve to take the pain. Make it your name. Accept it as a part of yourself. When you let it go. You lose the grip of the reality.

Start small, like really small, set very much achievable goals every day, suppose you have a target of studying/working 8 hrs a day, start with just a single hr a day and increase 1 hr every week , this will help you be consistent
