The hard part is doing It everyday. The best part is that it gets easier. But the hardest part is you have to keep at it 😂 A paradox, yes

Setting small(as small as possible) goals for yourself in the beginning and gradually increasing them, say you want to study for 8 hours daily, one way to do it would be by starting with doing just 1-2 hours daily and increasing 1 hr per week, so first week you're studying for 1 hr daily, second week 2 hrs daily and so on...
