Recently I went Indore I have seen this , they bought outer city land 1 acre in around 6cr rupees and I assume you must be looking to establish in Tier 1 or 2 cities do you think that footfall parking space you will get in 50lakh only? Single foot fall parking space in Tier 1 or 2 cities are not less then crores with the capacity of 100 cars.
