I'm not opposing your idea but we have to learn from other's mistakes. Omegle was shut down due to serious legal complications and you don't want that to happen to you.

Tinder has faced much more serious complications including the murdering of the partner everybody knows. Though they are still active. I think we can make a way out for the reason of omegle ban maybe a idea later could help though. But in this sense

Alright the reason Omegle got banned was that users could choose to be anonymous that is there is no reason to sign up. I mean if u make an app like Omegle be sure to make the users create an account to verify their age before they could use it.
