Start with print on demand with your creative ideas and get to know the market and customers - once you get a validation then you can slowly start thinking about creating the manufacturing and supply chain side of things. For PoD there good vendors in the US and Europe but not much in Indi - shopify can be a good starting point for website, FB and Insta marketing, Printify, printful can be good PoD partners (they’ll manage manafacturing Till shipping for you with your brand as well)
