Has anyone ever actually used the “take photo now” option when uploading a profile picture?????

@Medial ,I can't change my profile picture on medial ,Whenever I edit it and click on the tick mark on top right corner it refreshes but changes aren't saved.Is there any rule that we can only change our profile picture once in medial?

There is need of an E-commerce website where customer can negotiate price and take discount as much as they can.
