I don’t know if it’s just me or it’s happening with everyone. I am unable to see my profile picture. Changed it but still not visible. Can’t find the option to manage my profile. Somehow got to my profile page through notifications but could not fix the profile picture. Whats wrong?

@Medial ,I can't change my profile picture on medial ,Whenever I edit it and click on the tick mark on top right corner it refreshes but changes aren't saved.Is there any rule that we can only change our profile picture once in medial?
