Yaa but you can take any company, if it provides any commditised product like cloth, food, it makes revenue but it's very hard as the consumer don't have any reason to stay with you
The most important thing to realise for any business is that
Not every customer is your consumer
But your consumer will eventually become your customer,so make products wisely
