I feel Anti-AI is another considerable thing, to reduce and detect these AI things and Anti-AI model is required, if a startup or any other AI companies makes it then it would be good b2b/ government business. For contact centres it’s a huge relief. Everyone is doing it, even my ex company just launched a product which stays with you throughout a call fills in info for the assistant (call center assistant); now the next step of development will be complete automation like this or hume.ai
