Bro are you serious ? There are so many app like this on Play Store and olx is also providing same thing and what about revenue after seeing any house we will directly contact to the owner of that house not you .

There will be two interfaces 1. Rent your place or something like that for the owners (There will be 99 rs. one time charge for posting his/her post and 5% of the rent i guess ) 2. Find a rental, for the audience. ( There will be a no charges at first)
