Revenue model?? You can go for something like affiliate traveling related products on your platform. What problem are you solving for vloggers better than Any other platform like youtube/insta? What is your usp? Is your algorithm stronger than youtube and insta? Which provides better reach to vloggers and at the same time which shows tailored content for viewers. How will you make sure only vloggs are being uploaded on the platform and not the videos other than vlog? Conduct a marker research to know the average time spent by audience on vlogging content only to get know the Tam (total addressable market). Will you create an app or a website? Conduct a research "are people really willing to download an app just to see the vlogging videos, which they can also see on youtube and insta and other social media apps they already have in their mobile. If you are confident go ahead and draw a estimated cost to build this platform. I will definitely be one of the early user of this

insta is already available?, Why would you chose any other platforms?.

Initally everyone watch it, later only those people will watch who get addicted so you have spend on later.

Vlogs are for people who love travelling or for people who want to explores other life. Not every one likes Vlogs. Vlogs do work because of the connectivity to the person/creator. Creators are two kinds people who are famous and who became famous. These guys survive on ad revenue, brand deals and finally wants to be in Bollywood. Just concentrate on value based position and it will give results like finance, tech, startup, marketing oriented creators. Even this app is similar to most of the apps we are here just for a value proposition.

Start will be good ,but after sometime retention + growth won't be easy ! Bohot Paisa fuukna padega apko

Not a good idea for growth and USP perspective

Adding a VR experience to it in the future would be great.

Live tipping would generate great revenue for creators.
