Firstly, its a good concept but the industry is highly recommendation and network driven, as it is capital intensive. Usually, developers/builders tend to associate with bartar contractors for the RCC structure. Contractor's responsible for the labors, raw materials and construction ,in exchange of bills and saleable inventory. Tier 1 developers either tend to have in-house setup for construction or they associate with large infra companies like CJ life capes, L&T , MICL etc to name a few. Also, there's a platform called bandhoo which provides labor and raw materials support.
