Bro if we build the roads properly Speed can be maintained Thereby the big buses won't stop When auto drivers or buses see puddles they stop and slowly go over the puddles If there are 3-4 buses going in the same direction then obviously the vehicles behind it will move slow So make the roads right is a soln in my opinion
