Recently there are many perfume startups in india. Currently it's a tough market tbvh. Bellavita, and one launched by rajshamani and some high premium doppelganger perfumes are made by some startups. If you even want to start one people don't know much about perfumes. Men definitely not. Keep it simple and you need to play a marketing game only that works. Fogg became great just by marketing.
