unable to post on Medial! Tried multiple times but not working!

I need funding for business. I have done almost. Investment for Infrastructure, Machinery & Equipments, Raw Materials has been completed. Need funding for working capital. No plan sharing first, If anyone agreed & finance then plan will be shared.

This seems to be a bug. In the medial, messages that I’ve already viewed are repeatedly showing up as new notifications. The same message keeps appearing multiple times. I tried clearing them, but they keep coming back and showing again.
