I'm a BE graduate. 2021 passed out. Worked in 2 companies. One has a GET role and the other is multiple role, responsibility in a startup (integrated) company. Now the startup is not functioning. But I love the work. I had been part of a management team, I took role as a team lead for development team, design team and interns as well. Later I did HR works prepared aptitude questions for round 1, interviewed candidates, took care of documentation process like offer letter for candidates and aggrements for clients. Then as per MD request I joined in chief department as well. But all the work I've done here is all by myself. Now, I seek to work under an experienced person and wanted to be part of management team. How can I find the right place or company in similar field ?
