Bro just do a diploma management. Or study from harvard and stanford resources. If you wanna self learn but if you wish to directly look for a job it’ll be a long interview process.

Most companies have MBA as a default criteria. You application might never make it to the next stage.

Only if you can first switch internally as a manager. New companies rarely allow switching profiles. Just too risky for them
