I am a engineering graduate and employee working in an MNC. After working for years in engineering sector i need to change my domain to management as a consultant. So without any MBA or doing any crash course I can play a role in management. Please comment your ideas

Bro just do a diploma management. Or study from harvard and stanford resources. If you wanna self learn but if you wish to directly look for a job it’ll be a long interview process.

Only if you can first switch internally as a manager. New companies rarely allow switching profiles. Just too risky for them
