#Book1. Who moved my Cheese? Who Moved My Cheese?" is a motivational business book by Dr. Spencer Johnson. It uses a simple parable about two mice and two little people to illustrate how people deal with change in their lives and work. The core of the story is about mice and little people who are put in a maze to find cheese, which represents happiness and success. Initially, they easily find the cheese and continue returning to the same place. However, one day the cheese supply runs out, and the characters have to deal with this change in their situation. While the mice quickly adapt to find new cheese, the little people struggle with denial, anger, and fear before eventually realizing they have to move on and find new cheese. The key message is that we must anticipate change, adapt quickly, and enjoy the adventure and opportunity of seeking new situations of success when the inevitable changes occur.
