Yes kishan that's a great segment which is funded by government and csr schemes. These type of work are generally done in narega scheme where government tend to do a temporary solution. In sewage and waste water treatment work , you need to learn the basics which comes under microbiology department. If you are interested you can connect with a microbiology professor or a PhD. There is enormous amount of work done on these topics by masters and PhD students of microbiology and biotechnology which you can get for free . First you must fix what type of work you want to do . For nature nurturing these are done by ngos mostly. No will will pay for these stuff as right now we Indians are not at that maturity level. Hope this helps .
