Whenever you stock something that have expire date or that itme you store need some specific amount of environment , if you not give this in a balanced manner then you will get amazing losses and whag about your return orders and un sold items ?
But that will be in FMCG ig. Like zepto & blinkit will be facing this kind of problems. I was genrally talking about the dark store model only. Btw appreciate your insights.
What is use of dark store ? What type of thing you store ?
Ig dark store is just to use storage unit more efficiently w/o having any physical appreance. And reach to masses with just few units. ( Cost effective )
