I want to build an OS. Is anyone here interested in building OS for mobile phones? Pls let me know

India doesn't have it's own OS we are completely dependent on ios and android. India should have it's own OS. This will help in maintaining privacy and security as well. I'm thinking of working on making an OS for india no matter how long it takes .
