Hey medial family 👋 Any one has idea or know the process of setting up an factory where we can convert Plastic bottles into wearable clothes (shirt / Tshirt)? I mean , which machinery are required and where to procure them ?

What would be the quality of tshirt with threads made up of plastic, is it breathable? Rethink about the idea. Although there will two machines first one will make small particles of plastic with grader and second machine it will create threads from those particles with some chemical usage.

Hi Harsh There is a lot of research on recycled plastic leaching microplastics and nanoplastics into the environment and recycling degrades it's quality at the end as the tshirts would also be plastic. I would suggest that this is not a great idea unfortunately. Please let me know your thoughts :D
