So btw, this is not ur question But in my area there's similar institute which finds u a home tution teacher, so they find u a home teacher , then they charge u 500 after you find a good teacher through them , and for first few months teacher's half salary goes to them... So what people generally do is, as soon as they find a teacher ..they tell that institute no we didn't like the teacher and instead take tuitions from the same teacher privately..this way, neither student has to pay 500 rs to them neither teacher has to give half salary to them. 💀 Win : Win for both. They've tried various methods to solve this but they never succeed ...

The annual salary is shown as 9 lakh Ctc whereas the actual Salary gross salary of a month is 60k something. I don’t understand why this is different. It doesn’t add up. The salary slip shows the net salary as 61k. Could one of u explain this to me?
