What will be the painpoints of a working (busy) couple who have kids and want to subscribe/opt for a food delivery app. And they ofcourse want to give healthy food to their kids. What features and functionality will be helpful.

If Zomato/swiggy observed this as a problem And they thought this was the solution they could just add it as a feature. Long back.
I thought that Swiggy was far behind than Zomato but in reality it is not as far as I thought.
while scrolling YouTube I found this comparison table posted by GrowthX which shows the comparison between Swiggy and Zomato.
What do you prefer Swiggy or
Swiggy is expanding its operations for 10 Min delivery feature Bolt and on the flip side Zomato has halted its feature Quick. ๐

I've observed people now a days hate complexity, they want simple solution..
You do the hardwork and complex ting in the backend either manually or with AI and sell them as a simple solution.
Food for thought: As drone tech matures into the mainstream, restaurants shall leverage it, deliver orders directly to it's customers and services Zomato/swiggy maybe out of business. Your thoughts please.

Why Zomato and swiggy removed the take away feature ?
They implemented it in 2018 and i guess I'm covid they removed this and never added it again. I think the dining option doesn't make much sense as it only allow to book a seat there and pay bill b
