Yup. Currently, understanding the consumers. If consumers wants "Only chocolate", then what's wrong to sell replica? Don't waste time and money in creating new segment if they're happy with the current product. ( Specially, if you're just starting )

Totally agreed! You need to bring a desi element into it, maybe package or branding, such that nobody else can... You may need to figure out that moat!

Moat needs to be your own but... I recently realised that kinder Joy is a huge market, kids are crazy behind it... Maybe something less harmful can save the kids from being early diabetic! Ironally that thing has "kind" in it's name! Good grief!
