Looks like you are trying to replicate an existing type of chocolate and market it as an Indian brand, and thats the only USP?

Yup. Currently, understanding the consumers. If consumers wants "Only chocolate", then what's wrong to sell replica? Don't waste time and money in creating new segment if they're happy with the current product. ( Specially, if you're just starting )

Totally agreed! You need to bring a desi element into it, maybe package or branding, such that nobody else can... You may need to figure out that moat!

Moat needs to be your own but... I recently realised that kinder Joy is a huge market, kids are crazy behind it... Maybe something less harmful can save the kids from being early diabetic! Ironally that thing has "kind" in it's name! Good grief!

Hahaha true, "kinder" means " children" it's from the same brand who sales " Nutella, Ferrero rocher " 😊
