Then , there is already big player doing this then what will be you USP ? And according to me you can't afford to give heavy discount to attract customers in your initial phase until you are backed up by an investment firm . Lastly this market is very competitive why you are taking Soo much risk in the beginning . If you ask me what to do , I would suggest you , for now keep this idea aside and focus on other ideas , If they get stablished ,then you have enough money and support to start this business. It's my personal opinion, you may or may not agree ๐Ÿค
