Nit exactly wipe out, it will replace by the choice of customer in terms of services, price, offers, etc. Yes in Tier 1 in next 5+ years But it will take huge amount of time in Tier 2&3

I think someone should make an app specially for them where a person can find all shops of their city and order from the app or take delivery from shop itself and will charge listing fees from shop owners
