Why there is no compitition for Book My Show, why they are planning to play monopoly and everyone trying but not succeeding. What is the actual reason?

Actually now a days people watch more movies on OTT. Theaters footfall are dropping. Hence nobody wants to go into ticketing business. Therefore they might have monopoly organically.
