Well it depends ki what the co-owner is good in OR what skills they have. But along with that, they will have to learn other things related to the startup too... Like if you are good at web development, then you can take that work in your bucket. If you know about SEO and SMM then you can turn yourself towards these chores. Same goes with other skills too...
