I guess in India people don't trust these platforms enough to deliver them Everything for their dream house, they prefer to check everything offlines ones and then order. It'll be difficult to scale..and repeat rates will be very low.

Is its true, we need to build trust. Since we are giving COD they can check the product at their home and decide based on the quality if they want it or not This can cause issue to us but if we manufacture good quality Tank, the percentage of consumer declining at delivery will be less.
